How To Cook Wai Wai Noodles | Wai Wai Cooking Competition Winner Recipe
Wai wai Noodles:
Wai wai is a famous Nepali noodle mostly available in Nepal and India and its use to serve in every restaurant and home cooking with their own styles and methods, so today I am going to show you guys how to cook wai wai in a very unique way without using meat, eggs, etc. by just using some common vegetables.
this recipe is a wai wai cooking winner competition recipe though it is not a world competition it's just a small district competition still than the competition is a competition, so let's start.
Ingredients:
Wai wai Noodles ( 4 packs. )
Onion (2 Nos.)
tomatoes (2 nos.)
Garlic ( 2 cloves)
Snake beans ( 10 Nos.)
Green Chilies ( 7 Nos.)
Culantro or coriander. ( anyone you prefer )
Mustard Oil.
And a pinch of salt.
It is not supposed to add the exact amount I have given here coz, according to your eating habits you can reduced the amount slightly but do not exclude or include the other ingredients.
Materials needs:
* Pot to boil wai wai.
* Seive to strain wai wai noodles.
* Pan to fry wai wai noodles.
Methods:
* Fist boil the water and add wai wai noodles and add all the 4 pack of onion oils and add half of one seasoning packed cook for 3 - 5 minutes and sieve the wai wai noodles.
* Collect the water to use for soup, add the chopped cunlantro or coriander while the soup is hot, and set it aside.
* Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables given above after adding the vegetables now add the remaining 3 seasonings and a pinch of salt.
* Now add the wai wai noodles and fry it for around 7 - 8 minutes, that's it enjoy the waiwai noodles.
