How to cook Fish-bamboo shoot juice Curry

Cooked Fish With Bamboo shoot juice
ingredients:
- Small river fish
- dry chilies
- bamboo shot juice
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Ginger
- and salt to taste.
Methods:
* Washed the fish and clean the intestine
* Put the Fish in the cooking pot. ( here I use a Pressure cooker because using a pressure cooker can make the Fishbones soft and can eat without stuck bones in your throat)
* Add Dry Chilies.
* Add Bamboo shoot juice.
* Add Onions ( the more Onion you add, will become more Gravy and tastier )
* Tomatoes ( to make tastier and more gravy.)
* Ginger to give flavor.
* And Salt to taste.
