How to cook Fish-bamboo shoot juice Curry
Fish bamboo shoot curry is a practice by Nagas from the ancient times without using any seasonings -and by just using wild organic plants and Veg's
and now it has been slowly come to know by the world about Naga delicious cooking methods, its a quite simple and easy to cook.

Cooked Fish With Bamboo shoot juice

ingredients:

  • Small river fish
  • dry chilies
  • bamboo shot juice
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger
  • and salt to taste.

Methods:

* Washed the fish and clean the intestine
* Put the Fish in the cooking pot. ( here I use a Pressure cooker because using a pressure cooker can make the Fishbones soft and can eat without stuck bones in your throat)
* Add Dry Chilies.
* Add Bamboo shoot juice.
* Add Onions ( the more Onion you add, will become more Gravy and tastier )
* Tomatoes ( to make tastier and more gravy.)
* Ginger to give flavor.
* And Salt to taste.
