Fermented crab curry with brinjal and bitter egg plant

Fermented crab curry:

Fermented crab curry is a Naga authentic dish, and commonly eaten by Ao's, and Lotha's tribes, In this curry we can use not only mentioned vegetables but can use other vegetables too, though I can say, we can use 4 vegetable items as maximum because if u add more than the 4 items the taste will come out different so, better use 2 or 3 or 4 vegetables so, now your doubt is clear so, let's start the recipe.

Ingredients:

* Fermented Crab 
* Green Chillies
* Bitter eggplants
* Eggplants ( Brinjals )
* Naga Chives
* Salt 
* Optional - Chilli powder, a small piece of ginger
* Optional vegetables - Tomatoes, sweet leaves, taro leaves etc.

Cooking duration:

Preparation time - 5 minutes.
Cooking time - 25 minutes.

Methods:

* Wash out the eggplants and bitter eggplants and chopped to your shape and size.
* Put it on a pot and stove and start cooking the eggplants
* Chopped the chillies and chives and put them on the pot.
* Now add fermented crab and salt to taste. and cook until the water dried up.
* Lastly Chopped some more chives and add them to the curry when it's cooked.
Now enjoy the simple and tasty fermented crab curry with the meal.
